Could it Be Michael Vick signs with the worst team in football?
A Match made in heaven, no team wants Vick, but the Detroit Lions are the Worst team in football and what a boost that would be for them, as a team and a city,
Yes the Detroit Lions have made there fans disgusted, when they went winless all 16 games and set a new record.
They set the NFL record with losing all 16 games, no team has ever done that before, and we hope never will again.
But Michael Vick could be the drawing card that Detroit fans are looking for, he is a superstar in his own right, but he will be playing with a team that is full of nobodies.
The grandson of the Lions says he would look over everything that Michael Vick has done off the field, if he can put a winning team on the field.
As for as the protesters, he said he would welcome them to Detroit who have a opportunity to get the revenue from all the protestors and you know they would have to have places to stay and eat, so it would bring lots of hope back to a losing city.
Now, this isn’t some national writer ripping the Lions (like every one in Detroit does) He is a admitted Lions fan.
If you remember the Lions have had Quarterback problems for years and their only claim to fame is getting to play the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day.
Put it this way the city and the team would put up with all the extra baggage Michael Vick would bring to their team, but it would be worth it if they were winners, and put fans back in the stands something Detroit has been missing.
Protesters would come to Detroit from all over the country, to hassle the team and the Lions, but that could be a great thing. The grandson went on to say. This is a cash strapped city and is desperate for tourism. Those protesters will need a place to stay right? They will also have to eat right?
So why not take advantage of the whole deal and sign Michael Vick, and put up with the protesters and see if they can at least put a winning team on the field.

The fans if there are any left, would welcome watching Michael Vick scramble, and bring some wins back to Detroit.
